SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS messaging from ForgeGuard IT (via website forms, in-person sign-ups, verbal consent during support calls, or other means), you agree to receive text messages from us at the phone number provided.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing forgeguardit.com or using ForgeGuard IT services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. ForgeGuard IT is a Green County, Wisconsin-based IT services provider specializing in SOC 2 compliance and managed IT services.

Service Level Agreements

Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a monthly or annual basis, with various payment options available. Payment is due upon invoice receipt. Discounts may be offered for annual contracts or early adopters. For specific details, please reach out to us directly.

Client Obligations

Clients are required to:

  • Maintain the security of their credentials
  • Report any issues or incidents promptly
  • Comply with our acceptable use policies
  • Maintain necessary infrastructure and software
  • Follow recommended security guidelines

Intellectual Property

All materials, software, and content provided by ForgeGuard IT remain the property of ForgeGuard IT or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for their intended purpose during the term of their agreement.

Limitation of Liability

ForgeGuard IT’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months and excludes indirect or consequential damages, subject to Wisconsin state laws.

Confidentiality

ForgeGuard IT is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, including business data, technical specifications, and security details. We implement strict security measures to protect this information.

Termination

Services may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of acceptable use policies. Upon termination, ForgeGuard IT will handle client data in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies.

Compliance

We maintain SOC 2 compliance standards, industry best practices, regular security audits, and data protection measures. Clients may request documentation of our compliance upon request.

Modifications

ForgeGuard IT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
